Contacting HeARTS

When you use the Contact form on this website, you provide your name, email address, the general reason for your inquiry, and the message you choose to send. This information is used to receive and respond to your inquiry.

When you submit the Contact form, the information you enter is sent through Formspree, a third-party form processing service used by HeARTS to receive website messages. Formspree processes the submission on our behalf so it can be delivered to HeARTS.

Please do not include sensitive personal, medical, diagnostic, or other confidential information about yourself or a young person in the general Contact form.

If you are contacting us about nominating a young person for support, an initial message is enough. HeARTS can provide an appropriate way to share any additional information if it becomes necessary.

How We Use Your Information

Information you send to HeARTS through the Contact form is used to understand and respond to your inquiry and, where appropriate, continue that conversation with you. Form submissions are processed through Formspree before they reach HeARTS.

HeARTS does not require detailed medical or diagnostic information through its general Contact form.
